Setup

From the menu to the first message.

You need a game version with Twitch mode, an Internet connection and your Twitch account.

STEP 01

Open Twitch mode.

  1. Launch Target Beasts and return to the main menu.
  2. Tap the settings icon.
  3. In Settings, tap Twitch Mode.
No technical setup.

You do not need a developer application, a Client ID or a server. Twitch connection is already built into the game.

Start here: Settings → Twitch Mode.
STEP 02

Authorize your account.

  1. Tap Connect my Twitch account.
  2. The official Twitch page opens in your browser. Sign in to the account for the channel you want to use.
  3. Check the application name TargetBeasts and allow it to read your chat. If Twitch asks, enter the code shown in the game.
  4. Return to the game. Your username and Twitch connected confirm the connection.

Your password stays on Twitch. The game only requests permission to read chat. The code button can reopen the activation page.

Your account and interaction settings are available here.
STEP 03

Choose your challenge.

Set Interactions: ON, then choose which commands your chat can use. Each command has its own switch.

The − and + buttons adjust global cooldowns. These are shared by all viewers, not counted separately for each person.

  • !speed and !boost: each can activate once per monster, without stacking.
  • !dark and !shake: 30 seconds by default, adjustable.
  • !gold: 30 seconds by default and at minimum.
  • !bonus: 60 seconds by default and at minimum; one bubble at a time.

A changed cooldown applies to the next activation. It does not shorten a cooldown already in progress.

First try

Try it with your Twitch chat.

Start a real fight.

Play in normal mode or Skull 1. Send !boost in your own channel's Twitch chat. Your username and the effect appear in the middle of the game screen, with a chime if sound effects are enabled.

No live stream required.

Your account must be connected and interactions enabled. You can send commands yourself to check everything before starting your stream.

Keep the game in the foreground.

Use chat on a PC or another device if opening Twitch on your phone pauses the game. Commands received while paused are not saved for later.

Need a hand?

Answers before you go live.

A command does nothing.

Check “Twitch connected”, “Interactions: ON” and the command's switch. Send only the command in the connected channel's chat, during combat. A cooldown, an effect already in use, a menu, a pause or a collection bonus level can prevent it from running. Rejected commands do not show a notification.

I cannot find the Twitch Mode button.

Make sure your version of Target Beasts includes this feature. Older installations do not contain the new menus. Update the game when this version becomes available.

The status says “Reconnecting” or “Session expired”.

The game tries to reconnect after a network interruption without stopping your fight. If your session expires, reconnect your account from this menu. Messages missed during an outage are not replayed.

Does Twitch mode automatically stream my screen?

No. It connects chat to game interactions. Continue streaming your phone screen using your usual setup. Connecting Twitch in Target Beasts does not start a live stream.

How do I stop interactions or change accounts?

Return to Settings → Twitch Mode. Turn Interactions OFF to disable commands, or use Disconnect Twitch before connecting another account.

Your chat is ready to play.

Share the commands and let your community choose the next effect.
